Kids-Box is ECO-friendly and does not include cutlery. Make sure to provide a reusable fork or spoon for your child.

Recommended Kids-Box sizes:
– Small size for kids aged 2-6
– Large size for kids aged 7-17

General Rules

  • Order Time
    We accept orders for the following week by each Friday 3pm.
  • Cancellations
    We do not refund money in case of children’ absence at school/childcare centre. However, the boxes will still be delivered to the school so they can be picked up by parents. For more information check our Terms & Conditions.
  • Menu Modifications
    We wish we could accommodate all your needs but unfortunately it’s not possible to modificate the Kids-Box menu individually.
  • COVID-19
    If your school is closed due to COVID-19, we will extend your subscription, or we will refund you money based on the amounts of closed weeks.
  • Kids-Box Sizes - S or L?
    There are two sizes of Kids-Box - S (small), recommended for children age 2-7, and L (large), recommended for children age 8-17.
  • Delivery hours
    Kids-Box Meals are delivered between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. The exact time depends on the agreement with each school.
