Fruit is our natural alternative to sweets.
Fish is a source of many nutrients, and one of the most important for a proper child’s growth is omega-3 fats. However, it is not always easy to convince them to do so. Forget about salmon! We have tried. It is tuna that got acceptance from the kids. Mixed with hidden veggies like carrots and marrow is a wholesome, vitamin-packed healthy lunch.
All-time favorite, naturally, sweet power balls contain coconut, an excellent source of potassium and magnesium. On top of it, we add our secret ingredients to spice up its flavor…and some chia seeds for an even healthier touch. Yummy!
Our Coconut Power Balls comes also in a “chocolate” version. Nothing to worry about, though! This is only a raw cocoa powder.
That’s the way it is, sliced fruits in a colorful fruit salad are more encouraging to reach for them. Works not only for babies, trust us. Fresh seasonal fruits are full of vitamins C, K, antioxidants and fiber, improving the functioning of the child’s intestines. It also satisfies the natural need for “something sweet”!

Our Homemade Sausage Rolls dish is packed with carrots, chickpeas, and zucchini. When a dish comes in crunchy from the outside and fluffy on the inside pastry like this you can be sure that your kid will love it! For the filling, we only use the highest quality local brand poultry available in Malta.

When you ask your child about his or her favorite meal, you will surely hear “chicken nuggets!” The traditional ones are filled with plenty of salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, and are usually deep-fried. But we make this dish healthy & nutritious! Our crispy homemade nuggets are prepared without trans fats or flavor enhancers. Oven-baked and coated in cornflakes are prepared from fresh chicken breast.
Believe it or not, this cake look-alike consists mostly of fresh ripe bananas that give it sweetness and a splash of our secret recepie.
This kids-box includes green peas to nibble. Yummy!

Our sandwiches contain of: wholemeal & white bread + healthy fats + the highest quality protein. Ham is always made of chicken or turkey. Never pork. The quality of the products is the basis for us, as our children also eat kids-boxes.
The sandwiches come in various shapes and colors, which not only provides variety and introduces an element of fun to the meal but also encourages your kid to try all the nutritious elements of the sandwich, e.g., veggies or egg.
An apple a day keeps the doctor away!
Our apple and/or peach crumble with oat crunch your kid can munch on during a break at school. Packed with fiber and natural apple & peach sweetness. A juicy, natural fruity base will not cause “sugar rush” energy spikes and the smell of nutmeg and cinnamon is to die for!
